Mr. RC Bhatt. Former Deputy Director UGC and Presently Manager Tata Institute of Social Science and Associated with RUSA project of MHRD.
Prof. (Dr.) Inderjit Singh Sidhu, Former Head of Department, Economics, Punjabi University, Patiala.
